SET UP A PRO-LIFE GROUP AT SCHOOL OR COLLEGE!

Although this link is designed for universities it may offer useful advice for the establishment of a school or college group.

School or college groups are often a small collection of friends who organise talks, debates and activites. If you need any help or have questions email us: info@studentlifenet.co.uk

STAGE A DEBATE

Debates are a useful tool for educating people. We can suggest speakers and a title for the debate (email: info@studentlifenet.co.uk). Normally teachers are only too happy to let you organise a debate or receive recommendations for one.

STAND IN A MOCK ELECTION

Most schools and colleges hold their own mock general elections. Why not stand in one yourself and bring pro-life issues to the forefront of the election?

You could be a ProLife Party candidate. They are only too happy to help - email them: info@prolife.org.uk

When Patrick Leahy stood as a ProLife Party candidate at his secondary school he came third with a massive 22% of the vote. He beat the Conservatives, Liberal Democrats and Labour. Success is definitely possible!

JOIN YOUR LOCAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT

Many towns now have their own youth parliament. These are surprisingly influential and are responsible for many decisions including the provision of the abortifacient morning-after-pill.

These local parliaments/groups are often stacked with pro-abortionist health workers who attempt to manipulate members into supporting the availability of the morning-after-pill and other abortion-related services. Only you can stop them!

For more information visit the websites of the UK Youth Parliament or the Scottish Youth Parliament.

CREATE OPPOSITION TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF THE MORNING-AFTER-PILL IN YOUR SCHOOL

A large number of schools are now providing the abortifacient morning-after-pill to girls without parental knowledge. You can help stop this by creating opposition in the school and by encouraging pupils and parents to voice their concerns.
